Hotel Icon, Autograph Collection - Houston

It was just a suitable option for a city holiday in Houston with definitely value for money. The Penthouse suite was pretty good with a fantastic view and spacious layout. Make sure to explore the nearby nightlife for a great evening.

The atmosphere and service are great! You are right in downtown Houston! There are several fancy restaurants in walking distance.

Valet parking is pretty much mandatory and $28 per day, I was expecting this so it was not a big deal. There are few cheap restaurants in walking distance.

My room included an individual safe, climate control, and an iron.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel Icon.....it far exceeded all my expectations and I would like to make a specific mention of Michael the waiter in the restaurant,,,he was superb !!

We had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was fabulous-so many fresh options. I also loved the elegant decor, especially the former bank features. Would totally come back!

The room itself was unique with luxurious bathroom, the whirlpool bath, as example and the breakfast was sumptuous and satisfactory. The price was £ 164. The location was marvellous and beautiful, at a short distance from Slipstream Sculpture.

Love the design of the hotel, room was clean, service was great.

If you park your car it's $28/night

Staff was extremely attentive, room was very clean, and decor was comfortable.

Valet parking - your only option - added $28 a night to the expense, which was unexpected. This is Houston, not NYC - that's too much. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was too dark - difficult to put on my contacts. I think a lady attempting to put on makeup would have been very frustrated. Not sure if all rooms are the same, but mine was too dark.

The King Room with Whirlpool was spacious and super comfy. The bed was like sleeping on clouds! Loved the luxurious bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the nice view, and the free bottled water was a bonus. The only downside was some noise from the nightclub below. Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience.

Staff and gym were excellent!

The breakfast was fantastic, and I loved the cozy vibe of my king room, even if the decor was a bit on the older side. The massage services were top-notch and really helped me unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the parking fee was a tad high, so look for options nearby! 😊

I liked the decor as soon as I walked into the lobby. The room was great and very clean! Had a jet tub and valet parking. The service was wonderful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Located on Main street right down from Minute Maid park.

The fine design of the room and the efficient air conditioning. I appreciated the location, as everything we needed was within walking distance. The towels felt rough and dated, impacting the experience. I encountered challenges with room service when trying to order food, which hindered my overall enjoyment.
